Carlo Wood 0bff3593d3 Do not use std::cout for qurt's sake. 
Using cout drags in std::localeconv which isn't defined
on QURT. While this file is also used for POSIX, it doesn't
seem to harm much to use printf there as well.

This repository holds the PX4 Pro flight control solution for drones, with the main applications located in the src/modules directory. It also contains the PX4 Drone Middleware Platform, which provides drivers and middleware to run drones.
